Welcome to the College Services of the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Pennsylvania and Affiliated Regions. Our mission is to provide spiritual guidance, and a nurturing community for the young members of our diocese as they navigate these pivotal stages of their lives. Was re-established in October 2022.
Youth Clubs:
+ OCCM-PHILLY (Orthodox Christian Campus Ministries)
This club serves the Coptic youths at several regional colleges in the Central Philly area (St. Joseph’s, Temple and Drexel). These are registered clubs at each school, but they have common meetings due to the proximity of the schools. Meet at least once a week during the school semester, usually on Wednesday, Thursday for a spiritual talk where several speakers get invited. Also hold other activities and Bible studies on occasion.
+ COSA (Coptic Orthodox Student Association)
Serving Penn State University Main Campus
Organize liturgical services for the students of Penn State Main Campus and later established an official club in late 2023. Hold a minimum of one monthly liturgy on campus during the school semester, where a group of the Fathers rotate in doing the service. Also hold Bible studies and other activities weekly.
